Sales Manager – building material division ( Tiles, Marble, LED Light & Paint)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales Division in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of the construction sector, and a strong track record of driving sales growth while managing high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Leadership & Performance**

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance product expertise and negotiation skills.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

2. **Sales Strategy & Execution**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.

3. **Client Relationship Management**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.

- Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.

- Ensure client satisfaction through responsive service and support.

4. **Recruitment & Development**

- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales professionals.

- Encourage continuous learning and career advancement within the team.

5. **Business Development**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.

- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.

6. **Sales Reporting & Analytics**

- Track and analyze sales performance to identify risks and opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports for senior management. -

Recommend corrective actions to improve sales effectiveness

. **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role within the building materials/construction industry.

- Strong background in project sales of tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, or related products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
