Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Implement and monitor the new sales structure across all clinics and hospitals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales to develop and roll out sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling tactics.
- Align daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs with regional coordinators, ensuring performance is tracked and optimized.
Team Management
- Supervise and support four Sales Coordinators (DXB Hospital, DXB Clinics, AUH, Northern UAE).
- Provide coaching, feedback, and monthly performance evaluations for coordinators and frontline sales staff.
- Coordinate weekly alignment meetings to review progress and share best practices.
Lead Conversion & CRM Oversight
- Ensure consistent lead follow-up through WhatsApp, calls, and CRM systems.
- Guide the team in converting Tier 1 consultations into Tier 2 bookings and treatments.
- Work with the external Call Center Supervisor to ensure agent performance aligns with clinic sales goals.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, gyms, corporates, wellness platforms, and government entities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with internal departments (e.g., wellness, surgery).
- Support strategies to enhance patient retention.
Reporting & KPI Management
- Consolidate and analyze sales data from all clinics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Recommend targeted action plans to branch managers to boost performance.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to design incentive structures for staff exceeding sales targets.
