We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our reovation & interior design firm. Our firm specializes in delivering full renovation services for residential projects, including permits, interior design, contracting, joinery, landscaping and project management. We aim to create sophistocated spaces while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Sales Manager - Residential Interior Renovations

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

1. Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights gathered to develop targeted strategies for business growth.

2. Lead Generation:

Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements to effectively position our exhibition and event solutions and services.

4. Proposal Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients in collabpration with Design team. Tailor solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget constraints.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts. Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of projects.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams including design, estimation, and project management to develop innovative solutions that meet client expectations and project objectives.

7. Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management. Forecast sales targets and track progress towards achieving them.

8. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Strong network in the UAE market with over 5 years of experience in a similar company, focusing on sales for large projects like villas & mansions

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a high-energy, creative environment.

Proven experience in business development within the Residential Interior Fitout Industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
