We’re hiring for a well-established real estate and digital classifieds platform that leads in both property listings and marketplace services across KSA and the wider GCC region. The platform empowers users to make smarter property and commercial decisions using technology and trusted data.


About the Role

The Sales Manager – Classifieds will be responsible for managing a dynamic sales team that focuses on digital ad sales, upsells, and client retention within the classifieds vertical. This role demands strong sales leadership, operational rigor, and excellent people management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supervisors and sales consultants across different regions
  • Set and exceed monthly targets and growth KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve products and customer satisfaction
  • Lead daily reviews, field visits, and strategic planning sessions
  • Coach team on upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship management


Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in team leadership
  • Familiarity with digital classifieds or online ad sales
  • Strong command of CRM tools and trade marketing concepts
  • KSA driving license is mandatory
  • Proven track record in hitting team targets in a high-volume environment
