Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.

Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clients, such as hotels, corporations, and design firms.

Manage the entire sales process from client needs analysis and product presentation to costing, quoting, and closing deals.

Work with other teams, such as design and project management, to meet client needs.

Required skills and experience

  • A track record of achieving sales targets in the commercial furniture or interior design industry is essential.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales is critical.
  • A network of contacts within the interior design, fit-out, and procurement sectors is highly beneficial.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a sales team is a core requirement.
  • A deep understanding of the commercial furniture market and interior design trends is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed to present proposals and build relationships.
  • Many roles in Dubai require specific experience within the UAE market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Commercial Furniture Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
