Sales Manager - Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration

Your Responsibilities

- Build Mechanical Group's sales team from scratch - defining roles, recruiting top talent, and establishing a winning culture from day one

- Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth goals at 25% YoY

- Own new market expansion across local and regional territories, identifying opportunities and driving new business

- Establish the sales processes, tools, and metrics that will scale with the business

- Analyze pipeline data and market trends to refine strategy and report progress directly to leadership

What You Bring

- 3+ years of sales management or leadership experience (mechanical, trades, or service industry a strong plus)

- Demonstrated experience building or restructuring a sales team — not just managing one

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

- Valid driver's license

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to operate with autonomy and ownership

- Strong communicator who can influence, recruit, and lead at all levels

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
