Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager in the Construction & Coatings Division based in 10th of Ramadan with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the construction and coatings industry. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating across teams to meet customer and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building
• Knowledge of the construction and coatings industry, including products, market trends, and customer needs
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet or exceed revenue targets
• Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
