Sales Manager (Construction Industry) – Dubai, UAE


About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Housescaner, you will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development—driving project acquisition, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing market opportunities across the UAE.

You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, design tailored value-driven solutions, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure business success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal management and technical teams to maximize cross-functional business opportunities.
  • Manage and support key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and new business opportunities within the UAE construction and renovation market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably within construction, renovation, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and client relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of UAE construction market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience dealing with government organizations and managing the bidding process in accordance with UAE laws.
