The
Sales Manager – Corporate
plays a key role in driving the hotel’s corporate revenue performance by developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with local and international corporate clients. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring that all commercial activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand standards.

Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts, managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity

Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set

Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence

Promote and produce sales leads for Rotana within its respective areas

Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its market areas

Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system

Ensure that Rotana sales policies and SOPs are adhered to at all times
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Build strong, lasting relationships with decision‑makers, travel managers, and corporate partners.

Prepare, negotiate, and manage corporate rate agreements and contracts in line with brand and revenue guidelines.
Client Engagement

Ensure exceptional client and guest experiences that reflect the brand’s service philosophy.

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions.
Commercial Collaboration

Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and account performance.

Maintain accurate sales activity records, account profiles, and revenue forecasts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision‑making.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
A degree in sales and minimum two years post graduate work experiences, ideally within the hotel industry. Computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and any other language skills beside will be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a guest and service oriented attitude, backed up by a pro active approach and a strong drive for results.
