Sales Manager – Credit Card Sales

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise all credit card sales activities within his branch to ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage and guide Team Leaders, who act as the first point of contact for their teams.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and sales agents.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of 5 years UAE banking and credit card marketing.
• Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience Required:

• Proven experience in credit card sales within UAE banking.
• Strong knowledge of UAE marketing and banking practices.
