Sales Manager (Custom Boxes)

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the custom boxes & packaging industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the international and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the custom packaging industry.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and new clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets (B2B/B2C).
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met (material, printing, finishing, die-lines, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations in custom packaging.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the packaging / custom boxes industry (international sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital), and finishing options (embossing, foiling, UV, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
