Our team includes licensed installers, logistics coordinators, and support staff — so you can focus on what you do best: selling and designing kitchens for homeowners.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join our retail team.
You will work directly with individual homeowners and families — handling leads, consulting clients on kitchen options, building proposals, and closing deals. All installation and service support is handled by our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from our website, Google, social media, and referral programs
  • Conduct consultations (virtual or in-home) to assess customer needs
  • Create layout plans using design tools or customer sketches
  • Offer cabinet/appliance/countertop options based on client goals and budget
  • Provide estimates and coordinate contract signing
  • Collaborate with back-office for scheduling and logistics
  • Follow up post-installation for reviews and referrals

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in kitchen design or home improvement sales
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen layouts, common product lines, and installation process
  • Experience with design tools (IKEA Planner, SketchUp, 2020, or similar)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude
  • Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
  • Tech-friendly (CRM, Google Docs, etc.)

What We Offer

  • High commissions (5–10% per sale)
  • $70,000 – $180,000+ OTE based on performance
