Sales Manager Elevators

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in the elevator and escalator industry to lead and drive our sales operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, strong market knowledge, and operational excellence to strengthen the company’s market position in elevators and related solutions.

This leadership position also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across new construction, modernization, and service segments
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, tenders, bids, and contracts
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate costing, competitive pricing, and successful project execution
  • Manage communication with international clients regarding order status, shipping schedules, and product-related inquiries
  • Analyze sales performance data to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and identify growth opportunities
