Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Managers with proven experience in Enterprise IT Solutions Sales to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions, and the ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders across industries.

You will play a key role in driving ECSs growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Enterprise IT, Cloud, and Application domains.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers.
- Present ECSs portfolio of services including Oracle, Salesforce, Kyriba, Darwinbox, SAP, and Microsoft solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and coordinate pre-sales and solution demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline data within CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions / ERP / Cloud / SaaS sales.
- Strong exposure to enterprise and government clients in the UAE or KSA region.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred.
