Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Manager - Europe & CIS Market - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:


Financial Responsibilities:

  • Achieve departmental revenue, footfall, and per capita objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance against budget, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Set clear activity and revenue targets for the sales team, ensuring accountability and performance alignment.


Operational Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Coordinators to develop and maintain account management plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to attract new B2B customers across international markets.
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with senior business leaders to align on performance, strategy, and growth plans.


Business Planning:

  • Identify key areas for improvement within the sales process to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Represent DHE at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new business leads.
  • Act as a brand spokesperson for DHE during client interactions and business development events.


People Management:

  • Lead by example to ensure the department’s productivity and service delivery are continuously improving.
  • Support, guide, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain alignment with DHE’s strategic sales goals.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Operational: Achieve departmental objectives and ensure the smooth delivery of all sales operations.
  • Financial: Meet or exceed B2B revenue targets and optimize departmental expenses.
  • Innovation: Identify and develop new products or business opportunities with strong revenue potential that align with DHE’s growth strategy.
  • People: Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement within the team.


About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B or internal sales, preferably within the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful international sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and deliver measurable business growth.
