Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior Fitout / Joinery

Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month, ( depending on experience, client network, and proven sales performance.)

About the Company:
Italco International is a leading company in the Interior Fitout and Joinery industry, delivering high-quality solutions to residential, commercial, and corporate clients. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to expand our business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales and achieve revenue targets in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
• Conduct regular visits to clients and project sites to understand needs and present solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to maximize company revenue.
• Maintain a robust database of customer contacts and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE market in interior fitout/joinery sales.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing in sales in this field.
• Strong existing client network and contacts in the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to bring in sales and achieve targets consistently.
• Ability to deal professionally with all types of clients.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
