Sales Manager (Fashion)

As we expand, we're looking for a driven sale & Partnerships Manager to take our products to retail shelves and online platforms across Pakistan and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Partnerships: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new retailers, boutiques, and online stores to carry our products.
• Wholesale Management: Manage wholesale accounts, pricing, order cycles, and follow-ups with existing retail partners.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through wholesale and B2B partnerships.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador during meetings, fashion trade shows, and in communication with buyers.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors and market trends to recommend new sales opportunities.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of wholesale orders.
• Reporting: Maintain regular sales reports, partner performance insights, and lead generation tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in wholesale, fashion sales, or retail account management.
• Strong understanding of fashion retail dynamics and buyer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with wholesale platforms (like Faire, Joor, NuORDER) is a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
