Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in acoustic solutions and architectural project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client management, and project-based sales within the UAE construction or interior design industry. This role involves regular client visits and project coordination, making a valid UAE Driver’s License essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales function for acoustic and architectural fit-out products across the UAE.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client networking, market research, and project tracking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with design, estimation, and project teams.
  • Conduct presentations, attend site visits, and actively participate in tender submissions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in acoustic solutions, partitions, or architectural/interior fit-out products in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
  • Established network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
  • Strong track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while driving and leading sales initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with acoustic solutions, partitions, wall/ceiling systems, or related architectural products.
  • Understanding of BOQs, tender processes, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
