Job Title: Sales Manager – Fit-Out & Architectural Company

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in acoustic solutions, architectural products, and interior fit-out sales. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on business development, and client engagement within the UAE’s architecture, design, and construction industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, leadership capabilities, and a proven record in project-based B2B sales. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall sales function for acoustic, fit-out, and architectural solutions across the UAE.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through project tracking, market intelligence, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Oversee the preparation of commercial offers, technical submittals, and tender documentation in coordination with design and technical teams.
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and actively participate in bid submissions and negotiations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and market conditions to senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends, materials, competitors, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to boost brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in acoustic solutions or architectural/interior fit-out products in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
  • Strong professional network within the construction and design community.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, client communication, and solution-based selling.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of leading sales initiatives independently.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
