Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and client acquisition efforts in the commercial fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior fit-out services, project timelines, and driving revenue growth in the interior fit-out industry. You will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and contributing to overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out market to expand the company’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, project managers, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement the company's overall sales strategy and ensure it aligns with market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and alignment with company goals.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Tendering & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the commercial fit-out or interior contracting sector.
  • Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out materials, project lifecycles, and commercial real estate.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success and business growth.
