Sales Manager FMCG

Location: Ajman, UAE

A leading FMCG company is seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our business growth in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, bakeries, and food manufacturers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the FMCG sector.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent results.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in FMCG (food industry experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Based in or willing to work in Ajman.
