Sales Manager – FMCG (Food Distribution)

Location: Saudi Arabia

About Us:
We are a leading food distributor in Saudi Arabia, specializing in flour, pasta, tahina, halawa, and rice. With strong partnerships across major supermarket chains and wholesale networks, we are expanding our market presence and looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors).
  • Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong in-store execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG / Food sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales channels in KSA.
  • Established network with major supermarket chains is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
