We are a rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm located in The Opus Tower, Business Bay, is seeking skilled and motivated Sales Managers to join our team on a commission-only basis. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who excel at closing deals and are seeking a flexible, performance-driven environment with no micromanagement.

We believe in empowering our sales partners with the right tools to succeed. We provide pre qualified leads and ongoing sales training sessions, enabling you to focus on what truly matters and that is closing deals and building long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert pre-qualified leads into successful real estate transactions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED50,000.00 per month
