Sales Manager - Gas Industry

Job Description:

Our client is seeking to hire a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the gas industry and a strong track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the gas industry
  • Hands-on experience in handling industrial, commercial, or bulk gas sales
  • Strong exposure to business development, key account management, and market expansion
  • Experience in dealing with corporate clients, distributors, and industrial customers

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales background in the gas industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Monitor market activity and competitor developments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve revenue growth and expand market presence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background in industrial gas, LPG, LNG, oxygen, nitrogen, or related sectors
  • Existing network in the gas industry will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
