Job Description:
Our client is seeking to hire a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the gas industry and a strong track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the gas industry
- Hands-on experience in handling industrial, commercial, or bulk gas sales
- Strong exposure to business development, key account management, and market expansion
- Experience in dealing with corporate clients, distributors, and industrial customers
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales background in the gas industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Monitor market activity and competitor developments
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve revenue growth and expand market presence
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background in industrial gas, LPG, LNG, oxygen, nitrogen, or related sectors
- Existing network in the gas industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
