Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead and grow project-based sales of smart home and automation solutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction and real estate sectors and a proven track record of securing large-scale residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strategic, well-connected professional who can build lasting client relationships and deliver consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote smart home and automation systems (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for major projects.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strong networks with developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Work closely with design and technical teams to develop customized project proposals and solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems in the UAE.
  • Strong client base and well-established network among real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Solid technical knowledge of leading smart home platforms (e.g., KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex project sales cycles.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
