Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) with 10–15 years of proven success in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project-based sales of advanced smart home and building automation solutions, with a strong focus on B2B clients. This role requires a well-connected professional with deep knowledge of the UAE construction and real estate industry, and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote home automation and smart building solutions (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through strong networks with real estate developers, MEP consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and project closure.
  • Collaborate with technical, design, and project teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technology trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or building technology systems within the UAE market.
  • Established client network with developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of smart home platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, or equivalent systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple complex sales projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
