Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and supervise the installation of HVAC systems specifically for spinning and weaving departments.
- Ensure optimum temperature, humidity, and air circulation in production halls for yarn quality and worker comfort.
- Conduct periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance analysis of all HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, ducting, filters, humidifiers, and exhaust systems).
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in the air handling and cooling systems to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control relative humidity and temperature levels using automatic and manual control systems.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and ensure systems meet environmental and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the electrical, mechanical, and production teams for smooth HVAC operations.
- Maintain records of system parameters, maintenance activities, and performance reports.
- Supervise HVAC technicians and contractors during installations and maintenance activities.
- Suggest upgrades and modifications to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / DAE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or HVAC Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in textile industry HVAC systems, specifically in spinning and weaving sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial air balancing, psychrometrics, chilled water systems, and air distribution.
- Hands-on experience with modern humidity control and automation systems.
- Familiarity with textile air engineering standards and energy management systems.
