Sales Manager ( influencer Marketing )

Job Purpose

As the Head of Sales, you will lead the Business Development Department, steering the team toward achieving financial growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and maintaining deep knowledge of market trends.

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategy Formulation

  • Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Business Development Department, aligned with Grand Community’s vision, ensuring team alignment and execution.
  • Monitor departmental performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to address deviations.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Create and manage the department’s annual budget, ensuring all activities align with financial targets and responsibilities.

Policies & Processes

  • Establish and enforce departmental policies and processes to achieve objectives efficiently.

Business Development Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to align with Grand Community’s strategic goals.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and build a robust portfolio through targeted client meetings.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities based on market trends and company strategy.
  • Lead the development of new services and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Approve business proposals, agreements, campaigns, and communication plans for client presentations.
  • Supervise market research and assign tasks to explore potential targets and partners.
  • Oversee the creation of pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Approve team recommendations for advertising client services/products via influencer accounts.
  • Represent Grand Community at social events and across media channels (magazines, newspapers, TV, radio) to promote services and products.
  • Propose joint ventures, alliances, and partnerships to support organizational expansion.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless handling of client requests, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

People Management

  • Collaborate with HR & Administration for recruitment activities within the department.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals and identify training needs to build a skilled, high-performing team.

Reports

  • Review and present budget activity reports, highlighting potential issues and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental activities to Executive Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Availability to work 9 hours daily (including a 1-hour break) with one day off per week.
