Job Summary

Manager Sales - Sol-Care, will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Solcare's O&M services. This role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth in the solar maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Solcare's O&M services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored O&M solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide feedback to the management on market developments and client needs.
• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of solar O&M services and the renewable energy market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
