Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager with at least 3 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming leads into confirmed clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Track and report sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or interior projects is a plus.
