Sales Manager - KSA (Folding Cartons Experienced Only)

General Purpose:

This position is responsible for feasibility, penetration of new segments, markets & industries, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base, new leads generation and closure, product development & Innovation plan, implementing and directing the business development activities of the company in KSA to achieve growth objectives. Identifying new business opportunities within a defined territory and close leads generated through a proactive review of the outcomes of the company's business development efforts with an operating plan for establishing sales traction in a region suitable for the company's product which includes, conducting market analysis on the region, coordinating with marketing efforts in the area, and getting access to available resources. Leading the operations of Sales & business development by establishing goals and monitoring the growth and volume of business and progress reports which is essential in determining potential, customer needs and pricing of products and market share. You should develop techniques in making business development pitches, expand to maintain the targeted objectives in order to uplift the day-to-day operation of the business development department.

Including but not limited to budgeted revenue generation, new segments and market share generation, market penetration, feasibility reporting, contingency plans, product market share development, products approval, marketing strategies development, technical presentation, order confirmation, pricing and product information, post order client’s services, product compliance and shipping. You will travel to markets, trade shows and learn the key attributes of the products sold.

Job Responsibilities:

These are primarily intended to guide you to the wide range and utmost level of work performance. This is not an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that may fall to the post holder but rather a sub-collection of it and shall have an additional responsibility if deemed appropriate.

· Design and implement a strategic business development plan, business development strategy for the region that expands the company’s client and customer base and ensures attainment of company growth targets and profitability.

· To achieve the sales target by using useful resources and procedures.

· Plan, review and execute Revenue generation targets and ensure 100% achievement from the assigned region.

· Penetration of new markets & Industrial Segmentation that will address the growth objectives of the company.

· Carry out research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form development strategies for innovation.

· Present business development plan in conjunction to investment reports and realistic forecasts to the management team for all the new business development plan.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of all the services of the company

· Monitor & advise management at competition, economic indicators and industry trends.

· Tracking business development goals vs budgets and reporting results as necessary

· Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development. Conducts one-on-one review with all QC/R&D, Production, accounts, sales, logistics and Warehouse personnel to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of coordination.

· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

· Maintains accurate records of all pricings, business development, and activity reports submitted by team.

· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated, implemented within the team.

· Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in business development activities and procedures in accordance to the company SOPs.

· Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agree budgets, sales volume, values, product mix and time scales.

· Provide Assistance at pre-exhibitions, events activities, advertising and promotional activities. Initiate action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospects and penetrate new markets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate/Bachelor degree in business or related professional qualification.

· Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing business development and sales strategy.

· Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management.

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

· 10+ years’ experience in the printing and packaging industry in KSA.

· Must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

· This position is a part of Saudization
