We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Gas Industry (KSA Office)

Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with experience in the oil & gas sector? Join a leading industrial force committed to excellence in petroleum product and service delivery across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and expand our client base in the region.

Location:

KSA Office – Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in oil & gas products and services.
• Identify and approach key industry clients, including contractors, refineries, government entities, and industrial buyers.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategy.
• Prepare tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies for major contracts.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with local laws and industry safety regulations.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities to top management.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Petroleum-related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry, with proven success in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of oilfield operations, industrial clients, and KSA market dynamics.
• Experience with public sector contracts, bidding, and procurement is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Valid KSA driving license is a plus.
