Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Large Accounts to own and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preferably selling complex tech products or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large/strategic accounts – from lead qualification to closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in large enterprises.
  • Understand customer business needs and map them to our product capabilities to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer success.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to position our product effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a tech product or SaaS environment) Experience in Access Control industry preferred(not mandatory).
  • Proven success in selling to large/enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a business context.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
