Experience : 8–10+ years in Freight Forwarding Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – LCL Imports to develop and expand our import consolidation business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, established customer connections, and a proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies for LCL Import Consolidation services.

· Identify and acquire new customers to grow the LCL import business.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, overseas agents, and partners.

· Coordinate with pricing, operations, and documentation teams for seamless shipment handling.

· Achieve assigned sales and profit targets within stipulated timelines.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews for management.

Candidate Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales with a focus on LCL Imports.

· Strong knowledge of import consolidation processes, customs clearance, and CFS operations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.

· Established client network in import trade preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
