Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the logistics and export domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored logistics and freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in logistics and export services.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities (freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and export services).

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients and partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth.

Coordinate with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Train and mentor junior sales staff (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import industry.

Strong network and understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and export documentation.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
