Role Description

The Sales Manager - Loyalty role is a full-time, on-site position located in Manama. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and identify opportunities to drive revenue within the loyalty industry. You will analyze customer needs, create proposals, and manage sales cycles from prospecting to close. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to the growth of Loyyal’s innovative loyalty solutions in the region.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty strategies
  • Strong Sales skills with the ability to manage sales pipelines and build client relationships
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in Project Management to ensure smooth execution of client solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and Enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
