We are a fast-growing menswear fashion brand with retail outlets in Lahore, Faislabad and Gujranwala, known for our contemporary street-style and western wear collections. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who can elevate our retail presence, uplift the store environment, and drive high-volume sales.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about retail fashion. You will be responsible for store sales growth, staff performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role comes with no fixed salary—instead, you earn attractive commissions based directly on your store’s sales performance.

  • If the store hits double the decided sales target, your commission automatically doubles as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to boost walk-ins, conversions, and overall store performance.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and create a premium retail atmosphere aligned with brand identity.
  • Supervise visual merchandising, stock arrangement, and overall outlet discipline.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Engage with customers to offer exceptional service and ensure repeat business.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between retail staff, warehouse, and management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Lead in a western wear or fashion apparel company (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to uplift and energize retail teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of retail operations, customer handling, and in-store merchandising.
  • Ability to improve store environment, maintain brand standards, and ensure a consistent premium feel.
  • Must be target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working fully on sales commission.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
