Sales Manager (Mobile Accessories)

Kuwait City, Kuwait

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Top management team.

Identify new market /Channels

Reduce Ageing Stock.

Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

Assure the standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

Build and maintain strong business relationship with Vendors and suppliers.

Provide training to internal staff as well as to channels.

Highly aware of the product knowledge & Market Knowledge.

Aware of selling process and company policy and procedures.
