Business Launch & Strategy
Set up the mortgage vertical from the ground up, including process design, partner onboarding, and growth strategy
Build a scalable and profitable model to drive mortgage disbursements and partner engagement

Developer & Broker Partnerships
Establish and nurture strong relationships with real estate developers and property brokers across the UAE
Launch joint initiatives and referral programs to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

Sales & Growth
Own and execute the lead generation and conversion funnel
Track performance across channels and optimize for better conversions and ROI
Develop and implement incentive structures for partners and internal team

Operations & Process Management
Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process—from lead to disbursement—ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal teams and banks to streamline documentation, eligibility checks, and application tracking

Team Building & Management
Build and lead a small team of mortgage consultants as the business grows
Set targets, track performance, and provide ongoing support and training

Reporting & Insights
Monitor business KPIs, partner performance, and customer feedback
Provide regular updates to the leadership team and suggest areas for improvement
