Key Responsibilities
:

Quickly develop a strong understanding of Refine’s real estate projects (location, pricing, payment plans, layouts, etc.).

Build relationships with external brokers through proactive outreach, consistent follow-ups, and effective support.

Engage with high-net-worth clients and prospects with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

Deliver clear and compelling presentations and project briefings—both in person and virtually.

Track all sales activities and client interactions using the CRM system.
-
Attend internal training sessions to develop technical property knowledge, pricing logic, and market insights.

Shadow experienced Sales Managers to observe deal-making, client handling, and negotiations.

Support the Sales team in organizing open houses, exhibitions, and lead-generation events.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client journey.

Practice and improve numerical accuracy to explain pricing, ROI, payment breakdowns, and cost structures.

Develop sales confidence, persistence, and emotional intelligence to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets as you grow stronger in the role and gain market experience.
Ideal Profile
:

Background in luxury retail (flagship boutiques, fashion houses, luxury watch/jewelry brands) or high-end hospitality (5-star hotels, airlines like Emirates, VIP guest services).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.

Hunger to grow professionally, learn fast, and succeed financially.

Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential if backed by luxury industry experience.

Native French speaker and fluency in English.

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality roles.

Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn CRM tools and Excel-based pricing sheets.
