Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Growth

  • Identify and expand new customer base in the local market.
  • Convert business opportunities into secured contracts and drive revenue growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations, bids, and contract execution in coordination with internal teams.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Track industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Provide market insights and reports to support decision-making.

Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government bodies, and partners.
  • Represent the company at key industry events to enhance visibility.
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM records from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas, EPC, energy, etc.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong business development, negotiation, and contract management skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with middle east oil and gas markets, oil and gas industry dynamics, and international trade regulations.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
