Sales Manager - Onsite, Night Shift

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales (BPO or Packaging industry preferred)
• Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
• Strong knowledge of international sales campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Highly target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute sales strategies for the international market
• Monitor daily and monthly team performance
• Ensure sales targets are met consistently
• Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with management to improve sales processes and outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
