Job Title: Sales Manager – PEB
Location: Hyderabad

Job Purpose:

To lead and drive sales for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns promptly.

3. Coordination & Proposal Management

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and approvals.

4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM entries.
  • Participate in strategic planning to increase market presence.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide inputs to management on product improvements and market positioning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB/steel structures industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Result-oriented and able to work independently.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or any related field (preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in PEB sales or steel construction industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
