Sales Manager/ Property Consultant/Relationship Manager/Broker

Vincitore Realty is an award-winning luxury real estate developer and brokerage, known for delivering some of Dubai’s most iconic lifestyle developments. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our high-performance sales team and are looking for experienced, driven real estate professionals who are ready to close at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell luxury residential & commercial properties across Dubai
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, investors, and end users
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and competitor projects

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Proven Dubai real estate sales experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Professional appearance with a confident, consultative sales approach
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Languages (Strong Advantage)

Arabic | Russian | Turkish | Italian | German | Chinese | Farsi | Spanish | French
