Sales Manager – Drive Growth, Find Clients, and Expand Market Reach

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our growing sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute winning sales strategies, build lasting client and broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and expand client portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven record of driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and managing high-performing teams.
• Existing broker network is highly desirable.
• Preferred Languages: German, Russian, Persian, French, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
