We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team for our growing real estate company in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in achieving targets, growing revenue, and developing top sales talent. The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car for site visits, client meetings, and property inspections.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a strong sales team from the ground up.
  • Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create succession strategies for leadership roles.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and career growth guidance to team members.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Oversee property transactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Report team performance, forecasts, and business growth to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong expertise in team leadership, recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property laws.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing teams and revenue.
