About the Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate - Sales Manager to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. This role is ideal for driven individuals who want high earning potential, strong lead support, and long-term career growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions across leasing, secondary sales, and off-plan projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
  • Coordinate with admin, marketing, and management teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Proficient in CRM systems (PropSpace, Masterkey, etc.)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • RERA certification
  • Multilingual (English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, etc.)
  • Existing client or landlord database
  • Experience in off-plan and secondary market sales
