Hallmark Real Estate is Hiring – Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive performance, and support business growth through strong leadership and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents/brokers
• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent team performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversions
• Train, coach, and support agents to improve closing performance
• Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures
• Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation campaigns
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
• Recruit and onboard new agents when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (Dubai market preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and real estate regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
