Sales Manager – Real Estate | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a dominant, results-driven Sales Manager who knows the Abu Dhabi real estate market inside out and has the leadership power to build, scale, and control a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading, mentoring, and pushing a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Building aggressive sales strategies to capture market share.
  • Driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and team productivity.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing top-tier agents.
  • Building strong relationships with developers and key clients in Abu Dhabi.

What We Expect:

  • 3–5+ years of proven real estate sales management experience in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership presence and team-building skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets (not just meeting them).
  • Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Hunger, discipline, and a winning mindset.
