Experience Required: 8–10 years (Mandatory in Real Estate Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The role requires strategic planning, team management, client relationship building, and coordination with marketing and operations teams to drive project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-specific and organizational sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to deliver consistent performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and client segments within the market.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless client experience from enquiry to possession.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and brand values in all client interactions.
  • Represent the company at real estate expos, client events, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
